Refund & Return Policy

Return

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

The returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all attached tags. Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.

To start a return, contact us at support@dtwooddecor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print. We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. However, for returns due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Exchange

We accept exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or misrepresented items, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items). To request an exchange, contact us to receive a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement will be sent.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For used items or items not in their original condition, partial refunds may be issued.
