Modification or Cancellation
You have a 4-hour window from the time your order is placed to request any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order may already be in progress and changes may no longer be possible.

Handling shipped orders
If your order has already been shipped, modifications cannot be made. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns and Refunds Policy to make any changes or return the item. This policy ensures that you can still make necessary adjustments even after your order has been dispatched.
Refunds for canceled orders
For orders canceled within the 4-hour window, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Keep in mind that bank processing times may vary.
